We are so confident in their equipment and ability to host your web site that we guarantee over 99% uptime of our servers against a pro-rated refund policy for that month! If your web site is not available to your users for more than 1% of the month, and our servers are at fault, then we will prorate a refund of that month's hosting fee to you. We have been averaging well over 99.9% uptime on our servers. The 0.1% is usually due to upgrades and scheduled maintenance where a server reboot is required. These events are under our control, however, so they are performed during off-peak hours so that the interruption (if any) to you and your customers is minimal.
