All hosting accounts are billed quarterly in the month following the close of that quarter. Payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. A 1.5 % per month (18% per annum) late fee is charged to all past due accounts. All design projects require a deposit equal to a minimum of 1/3 of the estimated amount of the completed project prior to start of project. No refunds of payments of any kind will be given once a project has begun. Any overages remaining are credited to your account and will be used to offset future design and hosting fees as they are accrued. Cancellation of hosting services must be done in writing. The balance due on any services must be paid in full through the end of the quarterly billing cycle, even if you have not yet received your invoice for that quarterly cycle. Please contact us to confirm we have received your written request for cancellation. Your final invoice will reflect services through the end of the billing period in which we receive your cancellation request. No refunds are given in any circumstance on prepaid/discounted hosting.
